Our dining lanai offers views of pool and ocean in a peaceful and colorful garden setting.

Welcome to our peace of paradise. This two bedroom, two bath condo is on Ekahi's famous greenbelt. A quiet location with views from our dining lanai of lush plantings and the island of Kahoolawe with glimpses of Molokini and even whales in season. Be sure to bring binoculars if you're coming from Mid December through April as you're likely to see a wonderful show.

Tropical flowers are everywhere at Ekahi - This is the entrance to our building - our unit is upstairs.

A spacious 1500 sf, including the 3 lanais (see floor plan to right), our condo offers plenty of privacy for two couples or a family of 6 and can easily entertain many more. A wonderful spot for sunset cocktails or sunrise POG (our local Papaya, Orange, Guava juice). The mailing address is 3300. Wailea Alanui, Wailea, Maui, Hawaii 96753.

This is the "Sunny side" of Maui, also known as South Maui's gold coast and Ekahi Village is a prime example of a low density, luxury resort in the midst of tropical slendor.

We hope you will found ours is not a typical rental, but our home for part of the year and is outfitted accordingly.

Fully air conditioned with ceiling fans every where and lots of cross ventilation, this condo is comfortable even when the trades are not blowing.

For maximum privacy, the two bedroom suites are located on opposite sides of the condo.

Well used, but with plush carpet, newer furniture and art work gives an at home feeling. The armoire in the living room houses the tv, dvd player and radio unit. WiFi Internet access is available throughout the unit. A large lanai offers ocean views and a great place to dine or barbecue.

The dining room also opens to a lanai - convenient for large groups - kitchen to right and living room at top.

Amenities include fax and computer compatible phones; cable TV/ VCR/DVD; A/C; Ceiling Fans; Washer and Dryer and completely outfitted kitchen.

If you choose to dine inside instead of on one of the lanai's,you will still be treated to greenbelt and ocean views out the picture window.

The kitchen offers all the standard appliances including a dishwasher, disposal, microwave, electric stove and an assortment of small electric appliances found in most homes.

	From the kitchen you can be part of the party and enojoy ocean views or see who's at the door.

The kitchen also has newer tile flooring with Corian counter tops and newer cabinets. All appliances are recently new including the washer/dryer. Fully stocked and offering an open air feeling, the kitchen connects you to the entry, dining room and living room and shares our wonderful ocean views. You're not out of touch in this space.

There is a breakfast bar as well as tables for 4-6 in the dining room and on the lanai. Lots of serving pieces and place settings for 6.

Light filled master bath has been updated.

We supply hair dryers and beach towels, and a full size washer and dryer in the hall closet mean it's ok to pack light. Another closet in the hall harbors books and games for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has stunning ocean views and it's lanai a perfect place to enjoy that first cup of coffee or relaxing and taking in greenbelt and ocean views. There is a tv and the bathroom has Corian counter tops with new cabinets in the vanity area with a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom offers a quiet garden setting with large private lanai surrounded by foliage, perfect for that afternoon nap or your quiet getaway from the rest of the unit. The bathroom has Corian counter tops with new cabinets in the vanity area and a shower. We hope to have pictures soon.

Ekahi's ocean front pool and pavilion - plenty of shade, a kitchen and more- private gate to beach..

Ekahi's ocean front pool is a short stroll down the greenbelt but not your only option. Two of Ekahi's 3 other pools are even closer.

You can spend long relaxing days on the sunny white beaches or play a round of golf on one of the many championship courses in Wailea where the International hotels and resorts are located.

If you come for a week, we predict you'll be back for two. Most folks who find Ekahi Village return as often as possible - it really is the perfect spot for a family vacation or romantic getaway.

Other areas of activity include snorkeling or diving on MOLOKINI (you can see the boats there from our condo), swim with the turtles at TURTLE REEF on the Island of LANAI, take a ride up to the top of HALEAKALA’s dormant volcano and see the sunrise, then bike down the 10,023' mountain.

On Maui you can SURVIVE the road to HANA, attend an authentic HAWAIIAN LUAU, helicopter over the island or take a day trip to LAHAINA, the historic whaling village, whale watch off sail or excursion boats, visit the KA’ANAPALI beach resort or walk from KIHEI to WAILEA and stroll the famous seaside boardwalk between the ocean bluff and the beautifully landscaped grounds of world class hotels and resorts.
